Sunstruck is one of our most popular styles of laminated birch needles, thanks to its light wood stain making it easy to clearly see stitches, and we made our selection of Sunstruck needles even better by combining a popular color with a popular style: Foursquares! These square interchangeable knitting needles have smooth, flat sides that fit perfectly against your fingers, and gently rounded corners offer a comfortable, secure grip. Their unique shape encourages good hand posture, which can minimize the stress on knitters’ hands and help create more consistently even stitches.

4.75″ Sunstruck Needle Set: Featuring smooth joins, a burnished surface with just the right amount of grip, perfectly tapered tips, and flexible cables, this set includes 9 of our bestselling needle tip sizes and 2 sizes of cables – all of which are stored in a handy vinyl case. 2 small cable keys are included, which allow you to tighten your needle tips to the cables. Working on multiple projects that call for the same needle size? Use the included endcaps to safely store your project as you start the next.

NOTE: Foursquare needles can be sized with our standard View Sizer, so a size 6 Foursquare needle will fit the same hole as a size 6 round needle. Your knitted gauge with Foursquare needles may vary from the same size round needle.

The Short Options Interchangeable Needle Set: is designed with shorter needle tips that connect snag-free to our distinctive black cable. This set includes 2 cables – simply attach the needle tip to create a versatile 16″ interchangeable circular needle perfect for hats, sleeves, and other, more compact projects.

NOTE: While all of the Knit Picks Options Interchangeable Needles will fit on the shorter cables, we strongly recommend not using the longer tips on these cables – the circumference will not measure 16″, and your needles can bend or break.
