Juki Warranty Concerns
In the event that there are warranty issues with a Juki sewing machine, the owner is responsible for:
- Shipping or delivery to Makers Lodge for the Juki technician to inspect the concern
- Shipping to Juki warehouse, if necessary
- Any costs deemed user error
