Evening Sewcial at Makers Lodge

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON BOOKING
Select Evenings – Friday’s from 5pm-9pm
Open sewing time in the Makers Lodge Studio!
THIS IS NOT A SEWING CLASS OR LESSON.
Included with the facilities:
– Machines, based on your machine choice
– Cutting tables with rotary cutters, scissors, and rulers
– Sewing station box: Sewing clips, darning needles, thread scissors, forceps, seam ripper, soft measuring tape
– Thread cones (multiple colours, but no guarantee on colour)
– Coverstitch machines (requires Pre-requisite sign off)
– Studio materials: pins, marking pencils, various sewing notions
– Ironing board and Iron
NOT included in the facilities:
– pattern tracing paper
– Specific thread colours (No guarantee on matching to your project)
Skill Requirements:
– independent use of sewing machines
– use of the coverstitch machines requires Makers Lodge approval and sign off. see *Note
– Independent use of rotary cutters, and iron.
This space booking is for the upper level of the Makers Lodge Studio.
Coffee, tea, water are available. There is a composting toilet washroom on site.
Bookings are non-refundable, but are transferable to another sewer.
Please select “in studio bookings” as shipping method. Refunds on shipping charges are subject to a processing fee.

*Note: Coverstitch sign off for those with knowledge/experience can be completed at beginning of sew day. This includes demonstrating coverstitch machines skills to a Makers Lodge Staff member.
