Silk Blend is a classic and elegant yarn, it has the unbelievably softness of merino extrafine (non superwash) and the subtle glow of raw silk. Made with Tussah silk, produced by worms that feed on oak and similar tree leaves, rich in tannins that give it a beautiful golden shine. Silk Bend is a single ply yarn that knits up clean and with a wonderful stitch definition.
We recommend buying enough yarn to complete a project. To give an overall blended effect, knit two rows from one skein and then two rows from another.
